Digital Risk Acknowledgement Forms

Tree Adventures requires all participants to have a completed digital Risk Acknowledgement form. To find these open your booking confirmation email and scroll until you see the “View Required Documents” button. This will open a web page where the forms for your booking can be completed, as well as share with other members of your group.

Please make sure you have completed your forms before your arrival at Tree Adventures. Bookings with completed forms will be given higher priority in the queue at check-in.
